Ordered catering for my work. Fresh, hot, on time and delicious! The price was great for 5 catering specialty pizzas. They brought plates and napkins as I requested. Our favorite pizzas are chicken anything, either Santa Fe chicken or ranch style chicken or Alfredo. Also free delivery is a big plus, I like to tip the driver for good service.

Right in the middle. Sometimes I'm blown away by how fast fresh and F$%^ing drunklisious this food is and other times they cant even finish cooking the dough. highly recommend the gyro sandwich or the 3 meatballs. Considering 3 meatballs is 1.99 and six will set you back 5.98, wait are you reading this right? yes you are. Every driver has been friendly and even remembers where I live. no wait time has been over 40 minutes. God i miss Frankies pizza. Last point id like to make is what the F$%^ is up with their sausage? For the love of god its sliced and not really spiced? Yup

I ordered online around 9:45pm on a Saturday. There hours online said open till 3am. I came to pick up my pizza and they didn't let me get it because they "lock up at 10pm". They offered to deliver my pizza to my house though, even though I was standing right outside. What a bunch of idiots. Go down the street to Pizzarev or Pizza Luce

Once again , answered after several rings , put me on hold , very rudely ... I waited .. 3 to 4 minutes , only to have them talk me out of buying any food ,Again... This happens more than not , so I end up ordering from another returant. Complete failure ! I've tried to do business With this place , I guess they must have to much biz .... It's at least the 6 th time I've called and been talked out of ordering food

With the closing of the nearby Frankie's Pizza (pause to shed a tear of sorrow) I've been trying different places. I've given the Knollwood Sarpino's three tries and have concluded that alas, it ain't no Frankie's. From the basic pepperoni, to the (Spicy Italian) sausage and mushroom to the Pizza Roma, a common characteristic (as previously noted), the za was over baked. Not quite burnt. Just exceedingly dry with a texture not unlike cardboard. This condition may have contributed significantly to the overall lack of mouth appeal. They were sadly deficient in the rich, cheesy, gooey, savory, I've just gotta have another slice department. Flavors just didn't pop and after a couple of slices I'd lose interest. If I'm going to throw calorie counting out the window it'll have to be for better pizza. BTW, the Buffalo Wings were OK. Prices including promotions seem on the high side, especially for the mediocre product. Delivery time was average. Overall, not a good value in my opinion.

I really liked my pizza, it was hot, fresh, and delivered on time. They have many toppings to choose from and great salads too...good for veggie lovers. I will be ordering from this store again!

I was an avid pizza Luce fan for years but recently they destroyed that relationship after delivering my food wrong and not apologizing. Every time I order the food is on time and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are very fresh tasting. The pizza dough taste homemade but I doubt it is. The sauce taste fresh and the toppings are a good size. My only complaint is that the deserts suck .

Not big on this pizza place. Tried it a couple of times but still not impressed, the flavors just aren't there.

I have heard that people like this chain, so I finally tried it. You might like it, but it's not for me. I didn't like the crust, I didn't care for the Italian sausage since it was sliced like pepperoni and I wasn't the biggest fan of the sauce. The pizza seemed to be overdone by 30 seconds or so, not burnt, but not perfect. Maybe I'd like it better on another day or from another Sarpino's store, but if I'm going for carryout or delivery pizza from a chain, I'll stick with the chain I know I am satisfied with. I didn't think the value of their $10 "special" for a one-topping large pizza was any sort of a bargain.
